HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY VALID AND WHAT DOES IT COVER?
The warranty for a THORTON timepiece is valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase for any manufacturing defects; this includes the watch movement, indexes, dial, and hands. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.
Other parts that are not listed above are not covered by this warranty. If the product is returned during the warranty period, any defective watch or watch-part will be repaired or replaced, at no additional expense, within a reasonable time, after the product is returned. However, the customer may be subject to the costs of shipping the product.
To obtain a repair under this limited warranty, you must ensure that an authorized retailer, from where the timepiece was purchased, has appropriately filled in and signed the warranty card.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY?
The warranty does not cover the strap, crystal /glass, batteries or any damages resulting from misuse or normal wear and tear.
Misuse is defined as following:
– Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal/glass, etc.), or accidents.
– Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster.
Normal wear and tear is defined as following:
– Esthetical changes, defects, and damages due to everyday use and aging (e.g. minor dents on the case and/or crystal, alteration of the watchband and peeling of the plating, etc.)
The warranty is voided if the watch has been tampered with (i.e. the back case is opened.)

HOW DO I GET MY WATCH REPAIRED?
If you purchased your timepiece from an approved THORTON retailer, to have it serviced or repaired, please contact the authorized Thorton dealer or service provider from where it was originally purchased.
If you purchased your timepiece directly from our website, and feel it is a matter of warranty, kindly contact us and we will assist you, directly, to the best of our ability.
You will then be contacted by a service representative within 24 hours Monday – Friday with further instructions. PAC Time International Ltd office is closed Saturday and Sunday.
